Mallorca 312
Distance
312km
Elevation
5000m
Mallorca 312 is a gran fondo of 312 km (also 225 and 167 km options) crossing the Serra de Tramuntana with over 5,000 m of climbing. Starting from Playa de Muro, it takes on climbs like Col de Femenia and stretches of the MA-10 between Banyalbufar and Andratx. Training requires superior endurance (long days), elevation accumulation, sustained climbs of 8-15 km, and learning to maintain power after many hours.

NUA's plan for Mallorca 312
NUA's Mallorca 312 plan tackles two demands at once: in-saddle durability (12+ hours) and the ability to hold power on long climbs like the MA-10. We prescribe progressive long Z2 rides, sustained tempo blocks and double-climb simulations. NUA monitors your accumulated fatigue week by week so you arrive fresh, not depleted, on race day.
