The biggest month for NUA since launch: new devices and the biggest evolution of NUA.

Polar and Intervals.icu

If you use a Polar watch or work with Intervals.icu, you can now connect them to NUA. Your activities sync automatically, just like with Garmin, Wahoo, Strava, and COROS.

Sport-specific heart rate zones

Your cycling zones aren't the same as your running zones. NUA now calculates specific heart rate zones for each sport — more precise workouts, better calibrated to your physiology.

NUA thinks before planning

Before generating your next week, NUA reflects: how was last week? Did you hit your targets? How did you feel? With this reflection, it sets specific objectives for the coming week. Plans that understand your real context, not just mechanical progression.

NUA remembers your history

NUA maintains a memory of your relationship: how you prefer to be spoken to, the moments you overcame a challenge, the topics that matter to you. Each conversation builds on the previous ones.

A consistent coaching voice

NUA now has a more defined personality. The same coach that motivates you, holds you back when needed, and celebrates with you — always the same style.

Improvements

  • More advanced planning — All users now use our latest-generation planning engine. Better load distribution and periodisation.
  • Overtraining protection — NUA detects when accumulated load is too high and adjusts the plan. If you need a deload, it suggests one before your body tells you.
  • More faithful to your data — Zones, durations, and power figures reflect more precisely what you actually did.
