Strength sessions in your plan
Your weekly plan can now include sets, reps, and strength exercises. If you complement your rides with gym work, drills, or core training, NUA integrates it directly into your planning.
Videos on WhatsApp
NUA now sends videos directly in the chat: exercise demonstrations, technique explanations, visual feedback. Everything in the conversation, as if talking to a coach in person.
NUA better understands your recovery
The daily readiness analysis now considers your recent load, recovery time between sessions, and your overall state. More accurate recommendations on when to push and when to rest.
